The name

“Kood” is the Estonian word for code. “Cluster” is how we think about a good engineering team: densely connected, redundant where it matters, and able to operate without a single point of failure.

Koodcluster was founded to give product teams direct access to senior engineers — without the layers of account managers, bench consultants and hand-offs that slow most software vendors down.

Alongside product engineering, we run applied research on Vision-Language (VLM) and Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models — the multimodal systems behind modern robotics and embodied AI, with a focus on healthcare robotics and simulation-based training environments.
